All services sold through novastudio-design.com are digital design services. Refund conditions reflect the project stage at the time the cancellation request is received. All requests must be submitted in writing to billing@novastudio-design.com or hello@novastudio-design.com.
A full refund is available if written cancellation is received within 7 calendar days of payment AND before the first brief session has taken place. Stripe processing fees are not refundable by the Studio. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If the brief session has taken place but no wireframes or design screens have been delivered, the Client may cancel and receive a 60% refund, reflecting research, brief preparation, and discovery work already completed.
Once any design deliverables (wireframes, screens, or documentation) have been delivered to the Client, no refund is available. Completed and delivered digital work cannot be returned.
By purchasing digital services and requesting immediate commencement, EU consumers confirm that performance begins immediately upon payment and acknowledge that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal ceases to apply once performance has commenced (Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
